Effortless layering, one line at a time

Jeans and a plain tee become a finished look the moment this shacket goes on top. The diagonal button placket runs off-centre instead of straight down, giving a vintage-inspired edge that reads far more considered than a standard shacket. Cut long and roomy through the body, it layers easily over a knit or sits clean on its own from September through spring.

• Off-centre button placket: A diagonal row of wooden buttons replaces the usual straight line, giving the jacket a distinctive front that stands out from every other corduroy shacket.
• Hip-length straight cut: Falls past the hip instead of stopping at the waist, so it covers properly and skims the body rather than bunching at the middle.
• Drop shoulder, roomy fit: Built with space through the body and shoulder, a jumper layers underneath without pulling at the buttons or straining the placket.
• Three-season wear: Light enough for early autumn over a tee, warm enough for winter over a knit, and back in rotation again come spring.

Styling tip: Wear it open over a plain white tee and straight jeans for an easy off-duty look, or button it fully with chinos and boots for something sharper.
